Refund Policy

We at Reena’s Karmic Healing believe that healing is a sacred commitment. Before enrolling, we ask that you take a moment to tune in and feel whether this journey aligns with your soul’s needs. If it does, we welcome you with open arms and are honored to walk beside you.

Because our programs are deeply transformative and digital in nature, we do not offer refunds once access is granted or a booking is made. This policy helps protect the energetic integrity of the work and ensures that those who enroll are fully committed to their transformation.

1. 1:1 Sessions (Chakra Balancing, Energy Healing, etc.)

• No refunds will be issued for 1:1 sessions once booked.
  
  
• You may reschedule your session one time, as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
  
  
• Rescheduling is only valid for the same service—sessions cannot be swapped for a different offering.
  
  

2. Digital Programs (Courses, Challenges, Memberships)

• All digital offerings are final sale. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
  
  
• Please ensure the program feels aligned before enrolling. We trust your inner wisdom in choosing the right path.
  
  

3. Events & Group Programs (Workshops, Webinars, Live Coaching)

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future event of the same kind.
  
  
• No refunds or credits are given for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows.
  
  

4. Payment Plans

• For high-ticket programs, you may choose to pay in full or over two or three payments.
  
  
• By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you decide not to complete the program.
  
  
• Access may be paused if a scheduled payment is missed.
